St. Michael’s Usually the last
Wednesday, Thursday and Friday in August each year St. Michael’s Holiday Club is an
established (for over 20 years) Christian, fun based holiday club for
children of all faiths to join together with others and select the various
activities that they want to do. These
include a selection of different crafts, working with chocolate, cooking,
face painting, flower arranging, sports outside, music, read stories and each
day will have different activities for the children to do – so there will be
LOTS of things to be taken home each day.
Each session will end with 20 minutes of stories and singing in the
church. The club is for children aged 4
– 11 years. Timing: Between 10am – 12.15pm. Coffee will be served in the church from
noon, so do please come and join us for a drink and join the children for
their farewell songs in the church. Cost in 2009: £2 per child per session or £5 per
week. £10 per family per week (maximum
of 3). Please include payment with the
registration form and cheques should be made payable to: St.Michael & All
Angel’s Church. Please note the Holiday Club
reserves the right to refuse admission to any unregistered child, and also
reserves the right to ask a child to leave should their behaviour be
considered unacceptable. BEWARE – there is NO PARKING in the road outside the
church hall between 11 – 12noon. |
